YOUTH
Member groups of the Alberta Outdoor Coalition (AOC) engage youth in making decisions that will become part of their everyday lives. AOC has a mandate to educate and promote responsible use of wild spaces and our continued privilege of access and enjoyment of public lands.
Youth involvement benefits our member organizations and their programs, as well as the youth themselves. AOC members develop programs and activities with youth, rather than for youth. In this kind of equal partnership, both adults and young people are fully engaged and enjoy the natural Alberta outdoors lifestyle.
